I love how fast it moves, but It disconnects, or looses connection multiple times throughout the day/night. It may be an issues with my location as we have had issues in the past with landline wiring etc.
Office/repair staff are always, always courteous and helpful even during this pandemic time, and available 24/7.
The Equipment installed is quality, the staff are always friendly helpful and very quick to respond. Is a pleasure to deal with a prompt and professional company. I’m a customer Since May 2020 and never regret a day.

Ek is so verlig soos ek die ‘review’ tik. Ons het uiteindelik kliënte diens en wifi gekery wat werk.
Na maande se gesukkel is ons aanlyn en omdat meeste van ons werk wat ons doen aanlyn is, is die uncapped en unshaped opsies PRESIES wat ons gesoek het.
Ons het die oggend gebel, uit ‘n ander dorp, 2 ure later toe stop Braam en Christo hier, doen die deurloop en ‘n uur later het ons ons kwotasie gekry. En nou is ons op Swift.

To be honest I was quite skeptical about wireless link internet since we had been with ADSL all the years, but since moving our home line over to Swift-Connect, I would never use another ISP except Swift-Connect. Since getting our first line I have 4 other lines over. Rudolph and his team have put the bar very high when it gets to support, service and product in Kroonstad.
Van die eerste oproep is ek uiters beïndruk deur die vriendelike, hulpvaardige en bekwame diens. Dit is ‘n besigheid wat ek definitief aanbeveel.
I met Rudolph when he just moved to Kroonstad, started selling aDSL based internet and to see where he is today. Well done. Brilliant service. I can honestly say without a doubt, that Swift-Connect has the most reliable internet, awesome aftersales support, always quick to respond for issue or query(trust me I have tested them?).
Since moving over to Swift I have had a constant download and upload. No buffering and very good gaming latency(international server dependant)
